CompuWorks Logo Specifications & Usage Guidelines
CompuWorks logo is a valuable brand asset and a form of intellectual
property. On this page, you will find a logo that you may want to
either publish on your website or redistribute through your collateral.
Before using a CompuWorks logo, it is recommended to familiarize
oneself with the process and guidelines. It is the responsibility
of the partner to follow the appropriate logo usage guidelines associated
with CompuWorks logo. CompuWorks logo usage requirements apply
to all CompuWorks business partners: resellers, customers,
educational institutions, advertising agencies, consultants,
journalists, and to all third parties making reference to CompuWorks
trade marks.
Other companies cannot use the CompuWorks logo in print, multimedia,
or on a website without the express written permission of
CompuWorks. Permission to use the logo can be obtained by
sending e-mail to marketing@compuworks.com.
In general, permission to use the CompuWorks logo is granted
only to companies with whom we have a direct business relationship.
- Proper trademarks and credit lines must be used
with CompuWorks logo. CompuWorks is a registered trademark
of CompuWorks Systems, Inc. The CompuWorks logo is a trademark
of CompuWorks Systems, Inc.

CompuWorks logo is comprised of two unique elements: The CompuWorks
symbol and wording. The CompuWorks symbol is represented
by "CW" which
is CompuWorks' corporate monogram. The CompuWorks wording
is proprietary and contains the letters that comprise the
CompuWorks name. The symbol and wording should appear together.
Requests to use only the symbol must be approved by CompuWorks'
Marketing Manager.
The CompuWorks logo must be treated as a complete element
and resized proportionally. To ensure readability, the logo should
always appear on a white or light-colored background. Do not add
words or visual elements to the logo, including company subsidiaries,
vendors or product names. Do not use the CompuWorks logo, symbol
or wording as part of a sentence or word phrase, or associate it
with a non-related symbol or graphic element. When reproducing
the CompuWorks logo, please use the authorized artwork provided.
When referring to CompuWorks in body text, always use "CompuWorks" rather
than "CW". The CompuWorks logo must always appear in
isolation, uncluttered by competing images, and should appear horizontally.
CompuWorks logo must be freestanding on the background and never "framed" in
a box.
- CompuWorks logo must always be surrounded on
all four sides by a clear space of at least 1X, where X equals
the height squared of the letters in the CompuWorks logo minus
the descenders and ascenders. This is the minimum distance to place
any other graphic element or type to ensure readability. No written
information or other company logos should appear within this
space.
If resizing is necessary, the logo must be scaled in direct proportion to the
original, and all words must be legible. The smallest allowable
size for the CompuWorks logo is 187 pixels wide.
The words CompuWorks Systems, Inc. are set in BankGothic Lt
BT. The fonts used in the logo may not be changed. Never reproduce
the CompuWorks wording by hand or substitute it with another
typeface. Do not alter the letters, redraw them or respace the
elements.
The CompuWorks logo colors are yellow, black and white. No
variations are permitted.

Notes on color schemes:
CMYK Colors: CMYK is a printing protocol consisting
of the four process colors required for process printing. When
process printing, always use the approved process screen formulas
provided.
RGB Colors: The RGB formulas for the CompuWorks
logo are recommended for use in Web applications and other multimedia
applications such as PowerPoint presentations.
Hex Colors:
Hex colors are the Web equivalent to RGB colors.
The grayscale versions of the CompuWorks logo is to be used
for one-color print jobs only (see fax version below).
Specifications are the same as for the color versions but
the Yellow portion of the logo becomes light gray (10%
black).

to maintain a consistent and unified treatment of the CompuWorks
logo. All vendor-created material that bears the CompuWorks logo
