Description: During this intense 5 day class, students will learn and apply critical cutting-edge skills within the framework of PMI’s best practices including but not limited to: Risk Management, Scope, Cost & Earned Value, Communications Skills, Planning Methods, Teambuilding Skills and Conflict Resolution.
This class contains approximately 35% lecture, and 65% lab exercises, designed to teach, apply and reinforce key Project Management skills and techniques that the students are learning. It also includes William George Project Plan Templates which will be distributed and completed during the class so that students can apply the project plan knowledge while learning it.
