Description:      A practical course in which students develop an integrated project plan, make decisions on the basis of quantifiable project data, and determine priorities on a multi-project basis.

An emphasis is placed on simulating real-world situations such as limiting time, scope, and resource availability. Extensive time is spent by students working in teams on exercises and actual projects.

This course is software independent, yet supports all PM packages by teaching basic methods and algorithms.
