Course Description:
This Matrix Management in IT course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the definition and background of matrix management. If also covers the advantages and disadvantages of a matrixed IT organization--to the company, to IT, to the user community and to the person being matrixed. It also describes and illustrates various types of matrix management used within IT organizations.
This class is a component of the IT Management and Leadership Professional Certification. (ITMLE©)
