CompuWorks Tapped as New England Partner - 4/8/2003
(Staten Island, NY)… April 8, 2003 -- SoftWise Corporation, a provider
of document automation software products for the legal industry and other
professional service organizations, today announced the launch of the SoftWise
Authorized Training Center program. The company has selected CompuWorks
to bring hands-on, standardized technical training on SoftWise products
to the New England region.
SoftWise's ATC program is initially designed to introduce and familiarize
IT personnel to the significant enhancements and technical requirements
of SoftWise's newly released Innova 5.0 (formerly MacroSuite), a document
automation platform that streamlines, standardizes, and simplifies the
document creation and production process. Additional offerings will follow.
Taught by dynamic, experienced educators from the country's top training
organizations, the program will allow attendees to partake in a 4-day training
course that will focus on the installation, customization, and day-to-day
maintenance & support of Innova. The comprehensive technical training
course will educate attendees on how to get the maximum benefits out of
Innova's extensive feature set, while providing a flexible training schedule
throughout multiple cities.
"In the past we have conducted all of our training sessions at our
corporate headquarters in New York City. Now, not only can IT personnel
go to training centers that are more conveniently located, but we can continue
our focus on product development and the professionals at our ATCs focus
on training," said William Robertson, president of SoftWise Corporation. "Innova
5.0 is the most significant product upgrade in our company's history. Our
authorized Training Centers are ready to instruct our clients and partners,
both technically and functionally. It is important to us to provide our
clients with convenience and quality, in our products as with our services.
We are thrilled to be able to offer this new program."
