Our Process:
CompuWorks has developed and refined a production process that insures success and on time deliverables:
Step 1: Outline and Design Template
- Uncover topics to include and create draft outline
- Draft design of elearning navigation and style template
- Present outline for review to user group and key personnel
- Edit both as needed
Step 2: Storyboard
- Create storyboards in PowerPoint of topics approved in outline
- Write the audio script for the course
- Determine the break out of module into strategic chunks, if necessary
- Present storyboards for review to user group and key personnel
- Edit as needed
Step 3: Develop
- Create the online module based on the storyboards
- Record the necessary audio and edit as needed for the course
- Present draft module for review to user group and key personnel
- Edit as needed (Note – this review and edit cycle will probably repeat at least twice)
Step 4: Test and Finalize
- Upload course to intranet site, LMS or other desired storage location
- Pilot course with group of users
- Elicit feedback from pilot group
- Edit as needed
- Upload final module and sign off
