The Model Office
The Process:
CompuWorks Model Office consultant works with you to:
- Understand your business process and the goals of your company or department
- Analyze a selection of the files typically created by you and your staff
- Assess the current Microsoft Office skills and application of those skills by you and your staff
The process will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. You will need to supply electronic samples of work, time with key members of your staff and yourself, and the willingness to be open to new and improved ways of getting business done.
The Result:
The end result of this process is a detailed report showing you where you and your staff are losing valuable time and money. The report will list a series of suggestions for improving efficiencies in these areas. Armed with this report you can implement our suggestions yourself or we'll happily partner with you to assist you in implementing them.
The Cost:
This is a fixed fee engagement. Your investment is $5,000 but it pays for itself quickly, for some clients in just one short month, with the implementation of our suggested improvements. Our guarantee - if after our assessment we can not find enough efficiency improvements to recoup your investment within six months, you pay nothing. How's that for a promise?!
This service is designed for companies and departments within larger companies of between 15-30 staff members. If you have a larger staff, call us for a customized price quote.
