Stacy Wight - President, Principle

Stacy has been with CompuWorks since 2001. After managing the Accounting and HR Departments, she added client and consultant liaison to her duties. Beginning in 2005 she joined the management team and finally, in 2008, assumed the role of Owner and President of CompuWorks. When not handling the tasks of running a company she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters, doing volunteer work and traveling.

Andrew Wight - CEO, Principle

Drew, as his friends call him, is CEO and Co-owner of CompuWorks. For over a decade Drew has been known as an industry leader in IT training. Along with attending Kent State University in Aerospace Management, Drew has numerous IT certifications, and nearly 20 years in IT related industries. This gives him a unique blend of industry experience and real world knowledge that keeps CompuWorks the premiere IT training company in the region. Drew likes to spend his spare time with family and friends. He enjoys volunteer work, scuba diving, hiking, and trying to be a good dad.

Pamela Conway - Vice President, Principle Pamela has been a member of the CompuWorks team since 1992. Starting as a technical writer, she eventually became an application trainer before moving into a management role in 2000. Pamela graduated from Purdue University in 1990 with a BA in English and history. When she's not planning training programs for CompuWorks' clients she enjoys skiing, board games, reading and having a laugh.

Pamela Ventura- Sales Director - Cloud Based Training

Pamela has been working in the training industry since 2003. Pamela brings a rich understanding of the training industry and which allows her to concentrate on CompuWorks most cutting edge product, vBooks. Pamela graduated from the University of Florida in 2003 with a BS in Advertising and a concentration in Business. When she is not researching potential partnerships for vBooks, Pamela enjoys cheering on her Alma Mater in football and basketball, cooking for friends and family and going on long walks with her dog.

Kelly Homsey - Business Development Manager
Kelly has been involved with CompuWorks as a consultant/trainer for over 20 years. She has worked exclusively at CompuWorks in the role of Business Development since 2009. Kelly has been in the Training Industry since 1989 as a trainer, Owner/President of CDrive Corp. and as a Software Consultant. When Kelly is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, running, biking and participating in outdoor activities.

Pat Whooley - Business Development Manager
Pat has been a member of the CompuWorks team since 2002 working with our legal and corporate clients and also building and managing relationships with our Channel Partners. Prior to joining CompuWorks, Pat worked for over 25 years in various roles in the IT Department at several Boston law firms. Outside of work Pat enjoys reading, music and spending time with family and friends.

Cindy Crampe - Training Manager
Cindy has been involved with CompuWorks since the start of the company over 20 years ago. Initially, Cindy worked as an instructor for our large clients, and then assumed a variety of roles including curriculum development, the liaison to our consultant team and training manager. Cindy graduated from Westfield State College, summa cum laude, with a BS in Education. She enjoys being involved with the interests of her two children, and spending time outdoors.

Danielle Mann - Office Manager
Danielle joined the CompuWorks family in January 2008 as an administrative assistant. In her newest role as Office Manager, Danielle keeps the CompuWorks Wakefield and Boston offices running smoothly. From managing the phones and ordering class materials to assisting in accounting, Danielle brings order to the day-to-day chaos in the office. When not fixing up after all of us, Danielle enjoys her volunteer work, snowboarding, Ultimate Frisbee, and anything else outdoors.
