Early registration ensures a place in class.  Please be prepared with the student's name, email address, phone number, course name, preferred dates, company and billing information.  Please confirm that the student has fulfilled all of the necessary prerequisites for any course enrollment.

 

Day of Class

The following defines the parameters of classes conducted at CompuWorks’ Boston training center. 

  • Training Class hours – 9:00 am – 4:00 pm; except for technical training – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • 15 minute break in the morning and afternoon and one hour break for lunch
  • Maximum class size is 12; except for business productivity classes where maximum class size can be up to 15-20 depending on the course
  • Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of your training class
  • Please mute all cell phones and pagers during class

Cancellation Policy

A computer application class may be cancelled and/or rescheduled with no penalty up to five (5) full business days prior to the date of the class. Failure to cancel and/or reschedule five (5) full business days prior to the date of the class will result in the full (100%) class fee.

 

A technical or business productivity class may be cancelled and/or rescheduled with no penalty up to ten (10) full business days prior to the date of the class. Failure to cancel and/or reschedule ten (10) full business days prior to the date of the class will result in the full (100%) class fee.

 

Inclement Weather Policy

We run classes on all but the most severe weather days. To inquire if your computer training class has been cancelled or delayed due to inclement weather, please call (781) 295-1444. If class needs to be cancelled due to inclement weather or local or national disaster, you will not be penalized and CompuWorks will work with you to reschedule the training class as soon as possible. 

 

Payment

You may pay for your enrollment via credit card, purchase order or check.  If paying by credit card, your card will be charged after the start of class.  If paying by purchase order or check, CompuWorks will invoice at the end of the week, unless requested sooner.  All invoices are payable at Net 30 terms.
