Power User Training

Do you have help desk staff that needs a little more knowledge in order to assist your users, then our Power-User Training would be perfect. This class will cover in more detail the features of the phone system, as well as address common problems the average user might have, thus preparing them to be more successful in the goal of assisting your staff. This is a great class for any in-house trainers you might have as well.

Attendant Console Training

And don’t forget your receptionist! Sometimes that Attendant Console can be tricky, and even more so, BUSY! Be sure that your receptionists are completely trained in the operation of the console and more prepared to handle calls once your transition is complete.

Additional Support

So here it is…the day of implementation is almost here! Is everyone ready to go live? Make it a little easier on your staff by having SME’s on the floor to assist them those first few days. This service can be used not only to help your general staff, but also for your help desk as they receive the first questions of the new system!
